Welcome!
My name is Jessica Sutherland and I am excited to be teaching the grade 7 English this year! Although I am new to the third floor at St. Joseph I have 8 years of teaching experience. I started my teaching career at St. Joseph as the Theatre teacher for the high school students. Over the past 6 years I have had 3 children name Ashley, Cara and Hunter. I am ready and excited to get back into the classroom and guide my students through the English and Religion courses. 
  This site is intended to be a check-in spot for both parents and students. I plan on updating weekly (if not more) with homework expectations, updates about in class experiences, upcoming tests and assignments. I will post important hand outs and keep the communication between home and school open.
